Command The Crowd is a DJing competition designed to provide a competitive outlet for DJs looking to prove themselves amongst their piers and earn Respect in the DJ community. DJ Battles have been around in many forms since late 70’s. Command The Crowd embraces the history of the DJ culture and allows DJs to test themselves in the ultimate proving ground, a head to head competition to see who the best is on the 1’s and 2’s.

The event has been organized by DJ Dini, one of the most experienced battle DJs in Los Angeles and the current 2012 Video Dj World Champion. Having Won over 35 different DJ battles titles, DJ Dini is no stranger to the battle circuit and the many different forms of DJ battles. Competing since 1996, DJ Dini been a part of Many National battle circuits including DMC, ITF, Kool Mixx, Guitar Center, Adidas, Redbull Thre3style, and many others. Also he has put in time as the Official DJ Battle Organizer/Host of The Extreme Autofest car show for 3 years. As well as hosting and/or judging in other battles including The King of LA, Beezo Battle, and The Roc Raida Gong Battle.

The Venue is the beautiful new club Studio located in Hermosa Beach, CA. It is a classy upscale venue which attracts a trendy crowd who appreciates good music, good food, and good times.
